Delivery / Shipping Policy

The following Delivery Policy is only valid for items purchased via the Crystal Klear website (crystalklear.co.za). This policy has been developed to ensure accurate and secure delivery needs. Should you have any questions with regards to delivery please contact us at delivery@crystalklear.co.za

Before you finalise your order you will be given various delivery options to choose from with estimated delivery times and dates depending on the delivery address.

  • Our standard delivery of 3-5 working days will apply for all orders.

  • Orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday or Tuesday.

  • We can only deliver products to physical addresses within the borders of South Africa.

  • Standard delivery will be made with in 3-5 business days upon acceptance of your order and after the invoice value has cleared in our bank account.

  • Quoted delivery times is a guide only and within Crystal Klear endeavours to meet the targeted delivery times for standard delivery from time to time forces beyond our control can result in delays of deliveries.

  • Your delivery will be made through a designated courier company.

  • Once you have indicated your address and you have received communication of your order, we regret that no changes to the specified address and/or delivery option can be made.

Return & Refund Policy

We made it our business to provide you with as much information on our products to help you make an informed decision and purchase the right item for your needs. But plans get altered. Or life happens. Or it was a gift and you don’t want it. Now you need to return it.

  • Let us know within 7 days from delivery

  • Return it to us within 14 days of purchase.

  • It is new, unopened and unused

  • No returns will be accepted without proof of purchase.

  • Goods incorrectly shipped must be returned with 14 days.

  • No returned permitted if lables have been removed from items, altered or tampered with.

  • Crystal Klear will not accept returns of any product of which the packaging has been removed, opened or tampered with unless the products are defective or returned within the cooling off period.

  • In terms of Section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002, if you are a natural person (as opposed to a legally registered corporate entity) you are entitled to cancel, without any reason and without any penalty, the purchase of any products within 7 days of receiving the products.

  • You will be responsible to pay for the costs of returning the products.

  • Crystal Klear will refund any payment made in respect of the returned goods within 30 days of the day of return.

  • Please email us your return request at sales@crystalklear.co.za upon which we will initiate the process and advise you of the requirements thereto.

  • We do not guarantee that you will be automatically refunded in all circumstances.

  • The decision to refund is sole at the discretion of Crystal Klear. Once the products is inspected a decision will be made and the results can take up to 10 working days from receipts of your products at Crystal Klear.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with an item, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
